Shipping costs are generated based on product shipping dimensions and customer delivery address. These quotes are generated at the time of sale and are subject to change dependant on changing courier pricing. We are happy to accomodate preferred shipping couriers & express options where possible at the customer's own expense.
Quantum Industries Australia is currently only shipping to Australia & New Zealand territories. If you are based overseas and are interested in purchasing a Quantum Industries product, please visit Quantum Industries Distributor Page to find your closest outlet.
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and usually take 1-5 business days to arrive once they leave our warehouse. If for any reason there may be a delay, we will contact you within 2 business days. Delivery times may take longer for rural/ remote areas.
If you have any concerns, or require an item to be delivered by a certain date, please contact us so that we can try our best help you receive your order on time.
Please ensure your address is entered correctly when placing an online order, as couriers charge a re-delivery fee. For re-delivery where you are at fault, we charge a flat fee of $50AUD before re-delivery is booked.
If an order is returned to sender, you may be liable for the courier fees for both sending the package to you and returning it to us. This will be deducted from your final refund.
Please note, we insure items from our store to the customer but cannot offer the same guarantee for change of mind returns when it is coming back to the store. If an item shows up damaged, or in rare cases goes missing, we cannot accept liability and advise the customer to pursue reimbursement with the shipping company.
At Quantum Industries Australia, we are committed in making sure you receive your order in the same condition as you would expect from buying in-store. That is why we carefully check and pack all orders before dispatch. However, in the event that you receive a damaged item, the team at Quantum Industries Australia will work with you and do whatever it takes to make sure the problem is resolved. That is our guarantee to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, the receiver must note this on the driver’s scanner/ Delivery Manifest/ POD. Where concealed damage to the goods not apparent at time of delivery is discovered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via Email: service@quantumindustries.au - Please provide us your name, address and brief description of the damage along with images.
For items damaged in transit we will either repair, replace or issue a refund. All additional freight costs incurred will be covered by us.
